Privacy notice

What this website collects

This website only collects what you type into its forms:

• If you join the waitlist: your work email and, if you choose, your name, company, whether you ship or haul freight, how many loads you move and your lanes. If you join from the quote page, we also keep the lane and the sample price you were looking at.
• If you send a question: your name, email, company if you give it, and your message.

The cities and details you type into the quote page are used to work out a price and aren’t stored. When you send a form, we also record the date and time it arrived.

How it is used

Pace uses this information to tell you when Pace opens, plan which lanes to cover first, answer your questions and follow up with you about them. It is not sold.

When it is shared

It isn’t shared with carriers or anyone else, apart from the service providers that run this website.

Where it is kept

This website runs on Cloudflare, which delivers the pages and stores what you send through the forms. Cloudflare also keeps standard logs of requests for security.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics, advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Its fonts and film are served from the same place as the site.

How long it is kept

Waitlist details are kept until Pace opens and has told you, or until you ask us to remove them. Questions are kept for as long as we need them to reply to you and to keep reasonable business records.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent, or to leave the waitlist. Use the question form and choose “Something else”.
