Partial truckload quotes
For loads too big for LTL and too small to need a whole truck. For now, we price partial loads at the LTL rate.

What it is
A partial truckload uses part of a trailer and usually rides with one or two other loads. It's handled less than LTL and often skips the terminal.
Pace prices partial loads on the LTL page for now. Tell us in the booking notes if your freight needs to stay on one truck.
When it's a good fit
- Six to twelve pallets, or a load that's light for its size
- Freight that shouldn't change trucks on the way
- Lanes where a full truck would run half empty
What goes into the price
- The LTL rate for the distance, the pallets and their weight
- A fuel charge
- Border and ferry charges where they apply
- The same extras as LTL
You see each charge on its own line before you book.
Have this ready
- Pickup and delivery cities and the ready date
- Pallet count, weight and rough dimensions
- Anything that shouldn't be stacked
